REFLECTION

Experience self reflection and self-focus like never before! In this guided reflection session you will be guided in taking a look at the year that has passed in order to reflect on the lessons learned, the failures that occurred and the wins you experienced. The main objective of this session is to encourage you to practice self reflection, teaching you to look back in order to improve your year ahead.

  • Instruction and Guidance: We will explain how to engage in meaningful reflection and what to focus on during this time.

  • Provided Materials: Each participant will receive a small journal to use during the session.

  • Self Reflection time: including Journaling cues

  • Support and Clarification: We will be available to answer any questions and offer clarifications during your self-reflection time.

BRAINSTORMING

The brainstorming session, takes value acquired from the previous self-reflection session and incorporates into a dreaming session. Through vision planning, and asking pivotal questions we encourage participants to be specific and to vividly describe what a day in their ideal life would look like. The purpose of this session is for every woman to engage in thoughtful introspection, unleash their creativity, and map out their aspirations. Whether through writing, sketching, or simply pondering, this session aims to inspire and guide each woman to articulate and visualize her dreams and goals.

  • Brainstorming Session: Our ‘Year of You workshop’ features an engaging brainstorming session.

  • Brainstorming Guidance: We will explain effective brainstorming techniques to help you generate ideas.

  • Dream Big Time: Dedicated time to think expansively about your dreams and aspirations.

  • Mood Board Creation: Materials provided for creating mood boards to visualize your goals.

  • Goal Planning Foundation: Use your mood board as a starting point for setting and planning your goals.

HABIT FORMING

In the habits session of our workshop, we will guide women on how to transform the big goals they discovered in the previous session into achievable realities. This session emphasizes the importance of creating successful habits. Habits are the building blocks of goals. Participants will learn to break down their big goal into twelve mini goals—one for each month of the year. Each mini goal will then be further divided into smaller steps, which will be tackled throughout the month. Finally, they will identify daily actions that will help them accomplish the smaller steps. This structured approach—Big Goal > Mini Goals > Small Steps > Daily Actions—ensures that their aspirations are systematically and consistently worked on, making their big dreams attainable through practical and manageable daily habits.

  • Introduction to Habit Formation: Understanding the importance of habits in achieving goals. Explanation of the Big Goal > Mini Goals > Small Steps > Daily Actions process

  • Breaking Down Big Goals: Identify and articulate your big goal. Discuss the significance of focusing on one goal at a time

  • Creating Mini Goals: Divide your big goal into twelve mini goals, one for each month. Setting realistic and achievable monthly targets

  • Daily Action Plans: Determine daily actions that align with your small steps. Establishing a routine to integrate these actions into your daily life

This session will focus on organizing their big goals, mini goals, and daily actions into a comprehensive, actionable plan. Participants will learn how to prioritize their goals, allocate time for each step, and set realistic deadlines. We will also cover how to use their planners to track progress, stay motivated, and adjust plans as needed. By the end of the session, each woman will have a clear, structured roadmap for the year ahead, empowering them to achieve their dreams with confidence and clarity.
