I’m Melissa, the founder of Revise & Co.  A local business based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to empowering women to live purpose-driven lives.  I created Revise & Co. because I believe every woman deserves to live a life aligned with her purpose. I wanted to create a space where women could set and achieve meaningful goals, just like I was able to do through my own journey.  There was a time when I felt completely overwhelmed, unsure of what my next step should be. It wasn’t until I began truly understanding who I was and the life I wanted to create that things started to shift for me. That journey led me to where I am today, and now I get to share this process with other women who are ready to take their own steps toward a more intentional, purposeful life.  Through years of studying personal development, goal-setting, and working with women just like you, I’ve learned the power of intentional action and self-reflection. —The process will help you get clear on who you are, what you want, and how to achieve it. This is the process I’ve used in my own life, and it’s the same process I’ve used to help countless women transform their dreams into reality.

Now, let me share a little about where I’m at in my own life journey. When I was a mother of young children, a military wife in a small town, my goal was simple—day-to-day survival. Feeding the babies, loving on these tiny humans who needed me 24/7. Fast forward to now, my house is full of teenagers. As a parent of teenagers, my role has shifted from being hands-on with daily care to more of an advisor. With my kids becoming more independent, I now have more time to focus on my own passions and my small business. This new season of life allows me to pursue my goals with greater clarity and purpose, while still being there to guide and support my family in their journeys.  As you can see, my goals have changed along the way. They might change again next year, and that’s okay. And that’s the beauty of life: we’re constantly evolving, and our goals shift as our seasons change. The most important thing is to understand where you are right now, and where you want to go. The Revise & Co. process can help you with that.
